Jim is an accomplished motivational and public speaker who regularly addresses large groups on topics ranging from sales effectiveness and powerful communication to enhancing team performance and management development. Jim began his career as a consultant with one of the top presentation skills companies in America. He has also served as National Sales Training Director at both AIG SunAmerica Retirement Markets and Cole Capital Markets. Jim has also served as the Southern Divisional Sales Manager at Sun Life Financial Services on the variable annuity side. In 2005, Jim launched Impact Speakers and now divides his time between motivational speaking engagements and working directly with companies and individuals looking to energize their businesses through improved communication and sales results.
